Housekeeping:

Because this is a short term 30-60 day rental all cleaning days will be arranged with you prior to the commencement of your rental term. We will schedule our cleaning staff for a day and time that is most convenient for you.

We will schedule the first cleaning on the 7th day of your first week in the residence. Thereafter, cleaning will be scheduled every 7-10 days to ensure the home stays in a well maintained status.

For your sleeping pleasure:

There are two furnished bedrooms, both with Queen beds, top quality mattresses and luxury linens. Black out shades or lots of natural light. There is a 3rd unfurnished bedroom.

One Bathroom with combo tub/shower
